Progress this week has been slowed somewhat by heavy rains and the Christmas break. Nonetheless, the electricians moved in and started to add junction boxes to the steel-framed walls. They also marked the block wall junction box locations for our review. The plumbers completed installation of the drain and vent lines, and are now working on the copper water lines (see photo). The solar crew is making the final perforations on the roof in preparation for roofing. The roof is scheduled to be stocked on Monday the 28th… About time! The roof of the back building now has been reinforced with plywood and the interior wall shoring is ongoing. Most importantly, we selected the exterior paint colors! Happy Holidays.
