The steel framing now is complete on the first floor of 128 and 132 W. Chestnut and the crew has moved on to the second floor. This made way for the plumbing crew to rough in the vents and drains (see photo) using the newly installed framing. It’s all taking shape (at last)! More glass is being installed and the two large roll-up doors in the back of the buildings have been replaced with aluminum storefront.The structural work is in its final phase. The back building walls are being reinforced and will be shored up with plywood in the coming weeks.
