We have walls! The steel framers work with blazing speed… All the steel framing in 128 W. Chestnut Ave. has been completed and it is amazing to see the room layout crystallize in 3D (see photo). The steel base also has been bolted to the concrete floor in 132 W. Chestnut Ave., defining the layout of all labs and offices. This is coming together! Most of the aluminum window frames have been installed and, in some cases, the tempered, insulated glass has been fitted. This is a special low-E glass that reflects nearly all the infrared radiation (heat) and is a really cool pale green color.
