To a large extent, this week has been more of the same. Roof plywood replacement is ongoing (see photo) and platforms for the mechanical (HVAC) units are being installed. Luckily, the rains only resulted in minor leaks. Looking forward to the roof being completed with its new membrane before the projected El Niño kicks in! More concrete demo has been done at the base of the new openings between 128 and 132. We also expanded the scope of work to include additional structural work… better safe than sorry!
