And the structural work continues… Numerous rotten plywood sheets have been replaced on the roof, and additional beams are being sistered to provide support in key areas. The block masonry is largely completed (see photo). The roof has been marked up to identify the location of the solar panels and the mechanical (HVAC) units. Coordination with the solar engineer is ongoing and the installation of the stanchions/conduit for the solar panels is being planned. The north storefront has been ordered and is being scheduled for installation.
