Let’s blow the roof off… Literally! It has been a very busy week with many trades involved and significant progress achieved. Yes, the roof membrane has been removed from all buildings and more structural wood framing has been carried out. The work on the column footings to support the roof structure has advanced with input from the structural engineer and architect. Block-work infill is closing off pre-existing openings that are no longer needed (see photo). The planned layout is starting to take shape!
