The rough carpentry is under way, which means that old plywood is being replaced (see photo), along with purlins and wood beams. We are also conducting a seismic retrofit and reinforcement of the roof structure to accommodate the new HVAC and solar equipment. It’s also nice to finally have those sagging roof sections repaired for good!
