Loose ends are still being tied up, but construction has wound down as we approach the finish line. Our casework, chemical hoods, and sinks are being installed and made ready for use. The really cool steel railings have been completed (see photo), which allowed us to have our final inspection. I am delighted to say that we have been granted a 30-day Temporary Certificate of Occupancy by the City of Monrovia! Since we are now allowed to settle into our beautiful new facility, this officially marks the end of the blog… For now! We will be back when the solar portion of the project starts in the next couple of weeks.
