We reached some important milestones this week… We passed our final plumbing inspection, as well as several others. The electrical and mechanical finals are planned for next week, which (if successful) will allow us to finally occupy the building. Good times! We had the parking lot striped (see photo) and it’s looking officially close to move-in time… Finally! Aside from more electrical progress, we also have all the interior doors mounted and most painted. The tempered glass for interior doors and windows has been installed, as has all the carpeting. In fact, the second floor looks pretty much completed. The hospital-grade plastic ceiling tiles also have been installed the the four labs allowing us to locate the casework. The security and fire alarm systems are all but finalized.
