Another week closer to the finish line… This is exciting! The sinks were installed in the bathrooms and kitchen and look great. The painters finished the second floor and the final coat of the southern outdoor walls. The baseboards have been added to the rest of the building and harmonize well with our wall colors. Most of the building now has power and we are close to being ready for our final electrical inspection. The lighting package is working and it’s great to see the whole building with good lighting for the first time. The carpets on the first floor offices were installed, and the second floor is next. The interior doors were hung and about half have been painted. All of our Bigassfans have been installed and look great, especially the 8 foot ones (see photo).
