We’re getting close to the final phase! The back building drywall has been completed and the walls have been painted. It looks amazing! However, most of the work has been on the first floor of the two main buildings. The drywall is progressing well, while the electrical and mechanical teams are putting the final touches on the interior rough-in work. This includes the lighting fixtures and some pretty exotic conduit work (see photo). At the same time, on the roof, the mechanical team has been building the ducting infrastructure and connecting it to the various units.
