A week has gone by with much progress on many fronts. The electrical crew are frantically pulling conduit, for low- and high-power lines, with the goal of completing the rough-in inspection next week. The LED lighting fixtures and sensors also have been installed. The HVAC duct work on the roof and in the building is advancing steadily. An 8″x6″ galvanized steel rain gutter was installed at the south end of the buildings in anticipation of the (eagerly awaited) El Niño rains. This gutter will handle a major storm! However, the most notable change was… Walls! The drywall team is working hard to close off the many rooms (see photo) and the internal layout is really taking shape.
