Progress! The weather has been very kind to us this week… The exposed wood had three days to dry and, on Monday morning, the roofing crew of seven went to work. They moved with impressive speed and have covered nearly the entire surface of the main buildings with the reflective, Title 24-compliant roof membrane (see photo). There is still a lot of detail work to be done, especially around all the flashings, but the roof should be water tight. They are also working on the back building roof. The commercial glass contractors are still sealing the glass panels in the aluminum frames, while the electricians and plumbers continue to make progress. The sandblasting crew also started this week, cleaning up all the exposed wooden beams. All in all, a very productive week!
