The soft demo started today. These guys don’t mess around! The crew is buzzing all over the building, ripping out electrical conduits and drywall. They even brought a small bulldozer. The soft demo should only take 10 days and will leave the bones of the building exposed for inspection by our general contractor and the architect/engineering team. It’s exciting to see all the original features of the building revealed, and to get rid of the hideous popcorn ceilings!
