Today, we met with Staff at the Building Division of the City of Monrovia to deliver and discuss our complete plan package. The plans include architectural and engineering (electrical, plumbing, mechanical, and structural) drawings describing our tenant improvement project for the new facility in excruciating detail. We are also filing a soft demo permit separately so that we can get started, while the rest of the project is being reviewed.
